This onsite event at the Montana State Library is held annually as an introduction to the range of services provided by your state library in support of world-class information access services to all Montanans. By attending, you'll meet many of the library's staff that support access to state government documents, GIS resources, the Natural Heritage Program, services for blind and visually or physically impaired Montanans, and services that directly support public library development, statewide.
1/2 day - snacks provided - no charge - open to anyone interested in learning more about the Montana State Library - recommended for new library staff, new trustees, or new volunteers.

Meeting will be held in the Grizzly Conference Room - enter the Montana State Library on 6th Avenue, go down the stairs and turn left.
This room is handicap accessible - a wheel chair lift is located on the landing just inside the door or you may enter via the parking lot on the southeast side of the building, turn right into the MT State Library and continue through to the reception desk; an elevator is located nearby.
Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building or on the street nearby. (Tip: spots are frequently available between 11:30 and 12:30).

The Montana State Library is located east of the Capitol Building on 6th Avenue, at the corner of 6th and Sanders Street - the Mazurek Building (also the location of the Attorney General's office and the MT Supreme Court and Law Library).
