Description

The description of the event.

Given that several regional service offices for MT Department of Public Health and Human Services have closed in recent years, public libraries are finding themselves as the point of contact for some community members who are in need of seeking services for themselves or members of their family and need to go online to apply. In this webinar, Travis Pilon and Erin Ducharme of the DPHHS will provide an overview of the services that they provide and demonstrate how the online application process works. The purpose of this webinar is to provide librarians with a basic orientation to the DPHHS website and to answer questions about how best librarians can best assist patrons in seeking out services that they need.
