The Montana State Legislature is discussing how to allocate funds Montana is receiving from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). There is a significant amount of funding allocated to local governments. During this session attendees will:
Learn about these funds – how much is being allocated, uses of funds, and ideas for how the funding might be spent along with the timeline
Identify how libraries might be able to continue, improve, or perhaps add services for their community members
Brainstorm how to advocate for some of this funding at the local level
