Understand the evaluation/planning life cycle and terminology of logic models.
Recognize the benefits of using data to inform decision-making and planning.
Recognize the value in being community-focused rather than library-focused when designing library programs and services.
Be able to apply their learning to evaluate a) proposals from Montana State Library staff and sub-committees and b) sub-committee reports to make informed decisions about services the Montana State Library provides.
The workshop will be interactive and will feature discussions, hands-on activities for participants to apply their learning, reflection, and a workbook that participants can use electronically or download and print.
