Open, drop-in meeting with public library directors, staff, and board members to discuss the following questions.

• What standards will library directors and board members need help with and what kind of assistance do they need?
• What questions do directors and/or board members have about the meaning of the standards?
• What does the board receives 3 hours of continuing education mean to board members and directors?
• What about the budget increase standard? Does the library need additional funding? What are the barriers to getting that funding – if it is needed? 
• Road map for excellent and cooperative standards - are there any advanced standards directors and/or board members would like to meet?
