Speaker Bio:
Ellen Baumler earned her Ph.D. from the University of Kansas in English, classics, and history. She was the Montana Historical Society’s interpretive historian from 1992 to her retirement in 2018 and is the award-winning author of numerous books and dozens of articles on diverse topics. Her stories of the supernatural have been collected in five books: Spirit Tailings, Beyond Spirit Tailings, Montana Chillers (for younger readers), Haunted Helena and Ghosts of the Last Best Place.
Program Description:
