Robie Culver, Grant Writer/Administrator, Community Planning Facilitator
Robie has worked in the engineering field for more than 20 years. She assists communities in preparing planning documents such as Master Plans, Comprehensive Capital Improvement Plans, and Growth Policies. In that role and as an integral part of engineering/architectural projects, she leads the public relations activities that provide opportunities for open communication with stakeholders and the public.
Robie also prepares grant and loan applications for funding community infrastructure (roads, trails, bridges, water, wastewater, recreational facilities) projects and public facilities. She conducts needs assessments, finds appropriate funding sources, and manages the grant process. Robie also provides grant administration for communities where she works closely with administrators and other personnel to carefully manage valuable grant funding contracts. Her commitment to the communities she serves is evident in the positive relationships she has established.

Clint Smith, Construction Engineering Technician, Helena Regional Manager
Clint has been employed by Stahly Engineering & Associates for more than 30 years. He currently serves as the Helena Regional Manager but his passion is ensuring quality construction of projects that benefit the owner, contractor and engineer. As an experienced construction-engineering technician specializing in management and inspection for various project types, Clint provides guidance on constructability during engineering design, assists with creating bid documents, and oversees the bidding process. He provides cost estimating services to help clients make decisions on the elements of their project. During construction, his knowledge of plan interpretation and construction means and methods, complimented by in-field decision making, provides quality construction projects.
Clint served in the Montana National Guard for over 20 years and is a Certified Army Helicopter Instructor Pilot/Instrument Examiner.
