Ara Megerdichian is a strategic executive consultant, founder of Endeavor Solutions, and the director of the Master of Science in Innovation and Management program in MSU’s College of Business. He brings 30+ years of strategic leadership and management experience spanning both the private and public sectors in a diverse range of organizations. For twenty years as an officer in the US Military he served in roles ranging from leading top tier special operations soldiers in the 75th Ranger Regiment, to training future leaders at the United States Military Academy, to serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff of the Army’s elite and highly selective unit, The Old Guard, in Washington DC, as well as the privilege of serving as the chair of Montana State’s ROTC program.
