The What, What & How of ASPeN  – The Montana State Library recently transitioned to a new online database for managing services and programs, including registering for meetings & training events, tracking & applying for certification, and as a public directory to find library and librarian information.  This session will explain the rationale for launching ASPeN (Access to Services, Programs, and eNetworks), the underlying principles that guide how the database works, and will allow time for attendees to practice logging in and conducting common work like registering for an event or updating personal information.
