Libraries are being asked to do more with less – sometimes while local community and government leaders question the relevance of the library. Librarians and board members have understandably begun to feel the pinch. We will explore how support for the library is built, why it is important for you to identify the unique value of the library, and concrete ways you can begin connecting with community members.

This cohort includes 5 synchronous sessions with homework in between that explores advocacy concepts and gives attendees an opportunity to work on issues of importance to them.
