This session will provide participants with techniques and ideas to assist them in reducing stress in their lives. Various techniques learned from several sources including the University of Montana Happiness Course will be presented. Angela F. Archuleta is in her tenth year as a school librarian. She has worked as a K-6 Librarian at Kincaid Elementary in Anchorage, Alaska, Grade 5-8 Librarian in Lewistown, Montana, the Audiovisual Librarian at Flathead High School, the Junior High & High School Librarian in Lame Deer, Montana on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, and currently is serving as the PK-1st Grade Librarian at Stamitsikitsikin Elementary Chattin and Bergan Branch Libraries on the Blackfeet Reservation in Browning, Montana.
