An exploration of the continuing importance of paper maps in the public library and how they complement digital collections. A look at the benefits of a circulating collection of paper maps that can be custom fit to your library. Josh Braach says “I am a graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Geography. I have worked at Imagine If Library in Kalispell for the past two and a half years. I have had a lifelong passion for maps and the development and maintenance of my library’s map collection is the highlight of my job.”
