Bozeman Public Library opened the Work Bench Creative Lab in October of 2023. In this session we will use each letter of the alphabet to explore why library patrons need opportunities to make and create. We will also talk about how libraries in Montana can help to facilitate creative experiences. Ben Nielsen is the Creative Labs Librarian at the Bozeman Public Library, formerly the Software Training Manager at the BYU Library, and the author of the Creative Communities in Libraries Field Guide. He is passionate about building creative skills in everyone and helping people come together in communities.
