Libraries across the nation are facing unfathomable challenges and Montana is no exception. Library staff are not always supported in their communities internally and/or externally. How do we navigate these tumultuous times? How do we care for our staff, our selves, and each other? Emily Wicks is the Director of the Chouteau County Library in Fort Benton. She is about earn her MLS from Emporia State University in May. She enjoys the outdoors and being with her four children. Maren Engen is the Assistant Director of the Chouteau County Library in Fort Benton. She recently received her MLS from Emporia State University. She enjoys knitting, sewing, and spending time with her husband and three cats.
