Description

Description

The description of the event.

We all have pockets of underused, unknown gems in our collections. See how a hidden trove of Montana cookbooks has been carefully prepped and analyzed for “nutritional” value; then promoted and served up so more Montanans can enjoy the surprising diversity of cooks, foods, crops, and eateries in our state. Jan Zauha is Humanities & Outreach Librarian in Archives & Special Collections at Montana State University Library in Bozeman where she's been a faculty member since 1995. She has been involved in writing a culinary history of Montana with colleagues from MSU and the Montana Historical Society (MHS) for several years but every where they turn there's another archive to explore and another cook book to savor!
