This just in! The Montana Historical Society recently completed two big newspapers digitization projects. Millions of pages of Montana newspapers containing obituaries, marriage announcements, and gossip are just a few clicks away! Learn about what newspapers are available, where to access them, and how to help patrons find historical information. Dan is the Library Manager at the Montana Historical Society. He holds a PhD in History from Northern Arizona University and has lived in Montana for over 11 years, though not all in a row.
