Volunteers can be a valuable resource for a library. As our libraries evolve, the need for volunteers in the library and the roles of those volunteers is changing. Some libraries struggle to find volunteers while others have more volunteers than they can use. Some libraries could not function without volunteers while some libraries have a diminishing need. Bring your questions and ideas for our panel of volunteer coordinators.
