As human beings, we face stress every day. Heightened stress levels can lead to negative effects on the impacted individual. Throughout this session, we will look at how stress impacts both a person’s personal and professional world. From there, we will discuss how self-care can help to manage one’s stress.

Morgan McQuillan says “I was born and raised in Joliet, Montana. I am now the Director at the Joliet Public Library. I am also pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work. My goal is to remain as the Director of JPL all while building a therapy practice to service Joliet and the surrounding rural areas.”
