The MSL Consulting and Learning team is excited to offer this series for new directors. Join us each month for an online discussion group with planned topics for learning that will help you navigate the first years of your new role.

Our Hope is To

• Help newer directors connect with one another to build friendships, support, and a sense of belonging
• Encourage newer directors to invest the time to create community
• Give newer directors a safe and supported place to work through concerns and questions.
• Connect you with MSL Consultants

What You Will Experience

• Connections and fellowship with other directors
• Timely and helpful conversations with peers and MSL Staff
• Access to information that will help you be successful as a library director
• Guided discussions and activities on priority topics

Registration and Credits

1. The MSL Continuing Education Coordinator will register you for each session.
2. Expect a calendar invitation with Zoom meeting information.
3. Continuing education credits will be added to your certification track based on attendance at each session.
4. 1 credit will be available for each session you attend.

Webinars WILL NOT be recorded.

Get Ready to Participate

1. Review the topics and schedule
2. Write down questions you have about the topic
3. Prepare to share any resources or ideas you find helpful
4. Set up your space and time so you don’t have interruptions
