This presentation will provide an overview of the Billings Public Library locker program, including the initial motivation, the important role of community partners, and the potential for using lockers as a springboard for expanding community reach. Library lockers are a unique way to extend access and make connections in the community.

Megan Thomas has been the Information Systems Coordinator at the Billings Public Library for the past two years. Prior to that, she worked for fifteen years at the MSU Billings Library in various roles, including reference librarian and electronic resources librarian.
