Description

Description

The description of the event.

In this presentation I will share with you nature throughout Alaska, Montana, Wyoming and a sprinkling from other places. I will discuss how nature impacts our help and helps us clear our minds. I will also share some books that I think should be in nature lover's library. The science discussed in this presentation is based on The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes us Happier, Healthier, and More Creative by Florence Williams.

My name is Angela Archuleta. I am serving in my eleventh year as a school librarian. I am currently the librarian at Stamiksiitsiikin (Bullshoe) Elementary Chattin & Bergan Branch Libraries in Browning, Montana. In addition, I am on the Montana Library Association Board as the Pacific Northwest Library Association Representative. I have also served as the School Librarian Division Co-Chair, Vice President- President Elect, President and Past President. I live with my husband, Sabino and our labrador retriever- Alyeska.
