A great resource for small libraries will be gone when Microsoft Publisher sunsets in October 2026. An option that is similar to Publisher is Canva, online software that comes in free and paid versions. In Quick Start Canva we provide an overview, and then exercises to play around with its features. *Best if you can bring a laptop or tablet to this session.
Mary Drew Powers worked in libraries around Montana before becoming Director at Whitefish Community Library. Her passion for promotion came after a stint as Public Relations Librarian at Missoula Public Library from 2012-2015. She loves poetry, children's art-making and creative endeavors in whatever form they take.
