Susie McIntyre
Library staff are the most important Library resource. This interactive workshop will use the concepts of the Results Pyramid and Intentional Culture Building to explore positive supervision. Participants will build specific skills for to improve their ability to supervise staff.
Susie McIntyre a fourth generation Montanan. She was born and raised in Great Falls and worked at the Great Falls Public Library for 20 years, the last 6 years in the position of Library Director. Since January of 2026, she has served as an academic librarian at Great Falls College MSU. Susie is passionate about family, friends, social justice, and joy. Libraries and access to information are a cornerstone of democracy and her life.
