Special resource is a unique item or collection available at the Organization.

Montana's Oldest County Library, featuring an extensive collection of Montana fiction and nonfiction and editions of the River Press newspaper-from 1860's to present day. The library also contains cemetery records from all cemeteries in Chouteau County, and a large collection of Lewis and Clark Expedition reference material. Wi-Fi is also available. Has active Friends of the Library organization and the nicest librarians in Montana.
