The levy districts were generated using Department of Revenue Property Assessment Division CAMA (ORION) levy attributes and GIS parcel boundaries. The levy attributes were joined to the GIS parcel boundaries then the parcel boundaries were dissolved to produce the levy district. The levy boundaries are an approximation and known errors exist. Note: The most current dataset is available in ArcGIS Online at: https://mtdorpad.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=49fbfd1556384261b2eed9d6d2564e35
The Montana levy district boundaries are generalized from parcel boundaries. The district boundaries are derived from levy district information contained within the Montana Department of Revenue's property valuation and assessment system database.
