| Abstract
|
Montana Bureau of Land Management District and Resource Area Office Region boundaries. This layer was created by selecting boundary lines from various 1:100,000 scale layers. The layer shows 3 districts that are divided into 11 resource areas.The data were removed from the State Library's Natural Resource Information System (NRIS) web site in 2008 when we were informed that the district boundaries had undergone consederable change. The subsequent layer from the NRIS web site was called "BLM Field Office Regions 2008" and it was removed and archived in 2014 when it was also shown to be out of date.The archive contains the data in shapefile format and in ESRI e00 format.
