Abstract Property Zoning in the City of Libby, Montana. The City of Libby, Montana Zoning Dataset was developed from a paper map created by John Norberg of the City of Libby. This map was last updated in 2008 and is printed on a 34 by 44 inch piece of paper and has a scale bar in which 1 inch appears to equal 500 feet. The paper map classifies the parcels lying within the Libby City limits into six distinct zones: Residential A, Residential B, Industrial, Business Residential, Business, Medical, Agricultural-Suburban. Also dotted lines depict the Libby City Limits. Subsequent changes to the city limits with accompanying zoning have been added to the dataset. A Residential C Zone and a Parks and Open Space District were added in September of 2012.
Purpose This dataset depicts the seven different property zones within the City Limits of Libby, Montana.
