Abstract	A Feature class used to map and maintain feature locations and conditions. Created from ESRI's Local Goverment Information Model and uploaded to ArcGIS Oline as the basis of the City of Manhattan's asset management program. Individual features have been collected using Trimble GPS technogy via Arc Collector and maintained via ArcGIS Online.
Purpose	To maintain and cataloge City of Manhattan Public Works utility resources.
